Shipping to PO box or APO/FPO address
We ship orders to PO Box but we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will immediately confirm the shipment and tracking number once we receive and process your order through email. You can track the shipment of your package in the shipment tracking tab.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on your order. All charges incurred during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Before making a purchase, make sure you are not constrained by customs. Make sure you don’t have problems with taxes and import duties. Make sure the customs in your country are not too strict.
If you are not sure about this, do not make any purchases. Free shipping doesn’t really mean absolutely free. We paid for it. So if there are customs problems or you are not willing to pay import duties, the unit will be returned to us. All return costs including return unit import duties are your responsibility for us to debit from your payment balance.
Return fees and import duties on returned units are very expensive. Generally close to even exceed the amount of your payment. For that, be careful in deciding this. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To make a claim for damage, you must attach a video of the operation of the device from the start. Make sure the plug is plugged into a power source and the device is operating, all covered in a clear video. Attach a photo of the machine code. Take some photos showing the device malfunction or broken. Send all off them via email to [email protected].
Without this evidence your claim is invalid. When we approve the occurrence of damage, we will send a new replacement part of the damaged part. Send a video on how to replace a damaged part, so that you are able to replace it until the device can operate normally. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to these rules as shipping policy, which we can submit as evidence in the event of a dispute.
