Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Usually we ship the same day you order. We are conditionally experiencing a high volume of orders, please understand any delays. We will notify you as soon as possible when this condition occurs.

Shipping to PO box or APO/FPO address

We ship orders to PO Box but we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will immediately confirm the shipment and tracking number once we receive and process your order through email. You can track the shipment of your package in the shipment tracking tab.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed on your order. All charges incurred during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship worldwide, often ship to USA and European Countries. We don’t ship to China.
